Elle Crader has spent nearly 15 years in government affairs and on political campaigns, beginning with the first gubernatorial campaign of John R. Kasich, then serving in the legislative department of the Governor’s Office and various other roles in the administration. Elle currently serves as Director of Coalitions and Legislative Affairs for CHW Advisors, a boutique lobbying firm in Columbus where she represents the coalition Ohio Employers Against Health Care Hikes. Elle is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and received her J.D. from Loyola University in Chicago where she is also licensed to practice law.
