Chamber Focus Series: US Chamber Foundation Programs
Join Niki DaSilva, Senior Director of Policy and Programs, and Sarah Castro, Executive Director of Programs from the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation as they introduce NOACC members to two programs designed to help businesses with talent attraction.
Sarah Castro will speak about the Employer Provided Innovation Challenges (EPIC) program. EPIC provides employers as well as education and workforce development partners with a standardized platform to scale and credential employer-sponsored challenges that support career awareness, exploration and development.
Niki DaSilva will be speaking about Talent Pipeline Management (TPM). Built by business, for business, TPM provides employers and their education and workforce development partners with strategies and tools to co-design talent supply chains that connect learners and workers to jobs and career advancement opportunities.
*Chambers do NOT need to be a member of the US Chamber to be involved in US Chamber Foundation programs.
